Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting

We use UserTesting extensively in our planning, designing, and protyping process. It is crucial for us to have actual users feedback to incorporate when looking to make a change. The tool is extremely each to use and allows us to get a full grip on where we are having problems or what people are actually see in our experiences over others.
  • Allows you to gain user feedback from a demographic base and see asnd hear what the consumers experience is.
  • The UserTesting tool is easy to use and has an extensive university for self training.
  • UserTesting allows us to quickly make decisions after getting feedback back at speed.
  • I'd like to see them grow to include behavioral traits instead of just demographics.
  • UserTesting has allowed us to increase our speed to market with new functionality.
We have always worked with wonderful people at UserTesting that have always helped us if we have run into any issues.
The tool is very easy to use. It has a clean user design that doesnt lead to searching for large amounts of time to accomplish what you need to do.
We have been able to go through a complete redesign of our website an pivot based on the user experience. Making sure we can provide the best possible experience.
