I'd say they are on a par with each other. AppD definitely provides very technical insights, whereas BI provides better business reports.

If it were a little simpler to set up I would hands down give it a 10. However, new user adoption can be a little tricky.

They are very responsive and helpful when we need them.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is a great tool for teams who are trained in understanding the metrics it can provide. It is not suited for users with little understanding of performance trends and how this tool works.
