- [In my opinion,] benefits renewal is really bad. No one called, they opened enrollment without consulting us
- Open enrollment rates are wrong, enrollment dates are wrong. It's a mess
- Getting past the call center firewall is difficult. It is taking a week of calling and emailing to get anyone's attention and it's very difficult to get errors fixed!
