Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring has become our primary marketing automation platform - we use it extensively for both our sales and marketing departments. We use the CRM daily to track and monitor our sales pipeline. We use the marketing functionality to manage all of our inbound and outbound campaigns to attract and engage new clients. We also use SharpSpring as a white label solution and extend the services to manage several of our clients marketing campaigns as well. SharpSpring is both an enabling solution for our business and also a recurring revenue driver for our business .

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Egnyte, QuickBooks Online Advanced
[SharpSpring is] great for lead management - CRM. Very easy to setup and get a sales team motivated to track their pipeline. Also gives management great visibility to what is going on across the sales team and provides actionable insight for forecasting. On the marketing side, we run primarily email and social media campaigns - SharpSpring is great for managing multi-channel, triggered campaigns where you literally want to “set it and forget it”.
