We use it to address a few main concerns: who are our customers, why do they want us, what makes them want us, and how can we help them even more. Being able to diagnose our customers, helps us with targeting advertising and get our support to more clients of need.

This was my first funnel usage and very happy with it. It was great in terms of support, and I guarantee if you have the knowledge or experience of funnels already, you'll be that successful. But unfortunately, I can't compare them to anyone else, never had the opportunity before.
