Salesforce is being used by the organization’s sales and business development and account management teams to capture opportunities from pre-sales to service delivery to track client opportunities and account growth. It is also used to measure the performance of our business development teams and ROI of marketing expenditures and targeted spend to closed business.

- Ability to manage privacy of individual contacts
- Ability to export contacts for reporting could be improved
- Better Training should be offered to understand full functionality
- Ability to monitor performance across the team (I.e. promote top performers and eliminate underperformers)
- Ability to better target underserved geographies
- Ability to manage leads and prospective customer contact details and create a marketing database.

SF continues to be the gold standard and all competitor products try to copy, but the execution is best and had always been best at SF due to the ease of use, functionality, and ability to integrate with other CRM tools.
