Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

I cannot speak for the entire university, but Hootsuite is currently being used by our department to manage our social media channels. The platform helps us to maintain a consistent social media presence. It also helps us interact more frequently and quickly with the consumers of our content.

I would choose Hootsuite time and time again over these competitors because it is easier to use and more intuitive.
In most cases I don't need support, but when I do they are almost always able to solve the issue.

If there is only one person in an organization, the free version of Hootsuite is suitable. However, if there are several people using the platform, the pro version is the way to go. I recommend it in any social media scenario.

Hootsuite Customer Engagement and Support

This platform saves me time EVERY DAY! The ability to like and respond to other posts and messages really makes it stand above other platforms.
In most cases, when I have a simple question they fix it quite easily. I was attempting to alter an account and that was quite difficult. The training resources are helpful if you have never used the platform, but I find them redundant after even using the platform at the simplest level.
