Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

We use UKG Ready for our payroll and our housing of our employees' information. We also utilize the reports as needed for compliance measures.

  • Allowing for punches to have a hard stop for 24/7 punches
  • Keeps managers on point for time card approval
I think that there is so much more we can use and do, but have not tapped into this portion as a whole company. This is a great company for small to large companies.
I have always had the help I needed.
Just need to find time to do more.

It is a very simple program to use. Managers are able to approve time cards and manage their evaluations.
