Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
[Gong.io] is primarily used for our Go To Market team (Sales+Customer Success). It allows us to get granularity on the quality and content of the calls we have with our existing clients as well as prospects. The beautiful thing about [Gong.io] from a selling perspective, aside from all of the valuable metrics and information, is that it allows us to further hone in on our selling approaches so that our message resonates with our prospects.

I did not personally use this platform since we have exclusively used [Gong.io] but from what I have heard from my constituents and coworkers was that it was less robust and feature rich than what [Gong.io] has to offer. Unfortunately, I can not provide much more insight into what the differentiators and product feature gaps are between the two platforms.
