The platform has been very helpful across our entire organization. Our teams have been able to implement tasks from a central location, running our programs smoothly. The user interface is easily customizable, enabling my team to design new models that fit our operations. Reporting and planning based on the data we get have been effective since we deployed this tool.

Scenario Planning and What-If Analysis

Our planning has been based on budgeting that takes place effectively. Each department works on data available and how their programs can take place with the available resources. Forecasting enables our teams to work with goals that are achieved within a set period of time. Better planning enables our workforce team to avoid unnecessary risks.

Alternatives Considered

I have not been able to work with similar tools in our organization. In budget management, this is the most effective platform I have used. Based on our programs, our organization has achieved a lot of plans and increased production, sales, and profit gains. Interactions across our company and stakeholders are well managed and each team can work on various defined roles.

The support team has been [helpful] since the deployment process and has been very supportive. Our teams have been able to get information on effective implementation. We get updates from time to time on new changes that take place and necessary plans that we can undertake. The learning curve has been well integrated into our teams with minimal cost.

Usability

The general usability has been very effective across our departments since we deployed this platform. Reporting has been taking place well and the complete reports give us clear channels of data planning. There is a great infrastructure for designing new models that enables our teams to check on laid down tasks and come up with solutions for effective holding.
