Overall Satisfaction with Google Sheets

We use Google Sheets to coordinate up-to-date and accurate information among several employees, especially as we prepare as a team for major events, such as our annual Summer Camp and Youth Conference. Google Sheets allows us to make sure no data is left behind, and it prevents us from unnecessary duplication of time consuming work (such as data entry).
  • Helps coordinate accurate data
  • Helps eliminate inefficiencies and unnecessary busy work
  • Helps us prepare guests lists and rosters for events
  • Quicker response time when scrolling (seems jarring at times)
  • Better printing formatting (when you want to print a spreadsheet)
  • More aesthetically pleasing (sometimes appears very basic)
  • Google Sheets has allowed us to put on successful major events
  • Google Sheets has allowed us to improve our inter-office teamwork and coordination
  • Google Sheets has helped us reduce inaccuracies and embarrassing mistakes
The major reason I use Google Sheets over Microsoft Excel and Apple Numbers is for its ability to allow multiple users to access and work on the same spreadsheet at once. This is incredibly more efficient and effective than updating and sending copies upon copies of the same Excel or Numbers spreadsheet back and forth as email attachments.

Google Sheets is excellent when you have a team of coworkers who are working together on major events. Google Sheets allows them to coordinate effectively and ensure that they are all using the most updated data and the same information. In contrast, however, Google Sheets would be inferior to a program like Microsoft Excel when a single individual was working on a project by themselves.
