Overall Satisfaction with Brazen
Brazen in used in our Talent Acquisition department. We were a Brazen customer pre-covid so we were already ahead of the curve when it came to having a virtual platform to connect with job seekers. We use Brazen to host virtual events for job seekers, host weekly chat sessions with nurses and allied health professionals, and use the platform as a live chat function so we can have several ways for applicants to connect with our recruiters.

- Easy user experience from an administrator's perspective
- Integrating with other systems (CRMs, Careers Site, etc.)
- Data management and reporting
- Great customer service
- Quick and efficient support
- Recruiters being able to transfer chats to another recruiter during a live event
- More robust reporting/analytics
- In-person event management so that we can use one platform for all events regardless of if they are in-person or virtual

- Being able to manage events ourselves
- Quick Chat has proven to be the biggest source of hires with the platform
- We had 200+ hires last fiscal year associated with Brazen

None of the other platforms could compare to Brazen. Brazen offers many features and we really needed a system we could automate, and that could integrate well with some of our other systems versus a stand-alone system. Brazen is much easier to use from both the job seeker's and recruiter's points of view.
