Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

UKG Ready is being used across many departments in the organization. It helped increase efficiency for our accounting department. It has also reduced our paper use. We no longer submit paper time cards and managers can now have a better picture of their employees' time.
  • Great Customer Service - UKG Ready is always quick to respond.
  • Trainings - Excellent information provided in trainings and it is always providing updates.
  • Time Off Calendar - I would like to see an easier way to block days from employees being able to request off.
  • UKG Ready has saved us in time and resources in our accounting department.
  • Reviewing time cards for managers is now simpler than ever.
It was easy to implement even with our complex pay structure and complex PTO plans.
I can review my employee time cards in a few minutes at a quick glance.
UKG Ready training was all-inclusive and informative. The ongoing webinars are helpful when new features come out.

UKG Ready has been very well suited for our administrative and provider staff. It is quick and easy to use. Our providers that are on the go express the mobile app being very easy to utilize.
