Overall Satisfaction with Cloudflare

Our company uses Cloudflare as a DNS Manager. It solves our problem for resolving the DNS problem (DNS Not Resolved), especially for fresh-created domains/subdomains. Previously, we use the default DNS manager from the domain reseller/VPS. It's OK but Cloudflare is much better. They have many features, but we don't use them yet.

We have been using the DNS manager that is supported by our VPS services on Linode. But our Sysadmin is not happy with that, he tells us that the DNS manager menu is too simplified. And we have to take a long time to change the DNS name too (maybe it's because of our ISP too), but Cloudflare takes it to another level. Since we use Cloudflare, we don't have that problem anymore.
We switched to Cloudflare as soon as possible. Our sysadmin wanted to switch from the default DNS manager to our VPS/domain reseller. It takes just about 1-2 days to migrate and adjust all the domains/subdomains in our platform. And, the most important thing is it's easy to start using Cloudflare. Their guide is easy to follow and understand, even for a standard IT guy in our company.
Cloudflare support is one of the best support I've had. They respond to the ticket as quickly as they can, and even we are a free user. They still serve us as their customer and it's great! When our sysadmin has a vacation and there's just another IT guy in our company, their support will gladly help our problem, even though it already has its own documentation.

In my opinion, Cloudflare is well suited in all conditions when you need a managed DNS manager. It solves the problem with DNS Not Resolve when we often create a domain/subdomain (a software house would be like this), so we can deploy our apps as soon as possible to the client.
