Overall Satisfaction with ThoughtSpot
We evaluated ThoughSpot for a pilot to make market research/voice of the consumer data more accessible. The pilot did not launch, but ThoughtSpot was brought into our organization to be used with Snowflake to enhance our overall data access through the "data lake." It is being used by multiple departments but siloed on the IT and data science side.
- It provides user-friendly access to complex analysis for those with limited program experience.
- It has a fair pricing model with unlimited users that pay for the data processing usage.
- It provides good customer service and partnership that's reliable and able to solve issues quickly.
- I would appreciate easier access to test or pilots for implementation.
- I would like a "lite" version for new or non-power users.
- ThoughtSpot has enabled us to marry cost data with member data to drill down into what is truly driving costs that can be lowered.
- ThoughtSpot has also enabled us to look at social determinants of health and help inform marketing decisions through collateral development.

The tool is very fast, cutting analysis time in half. Accuracy is great and reliable. I know that I can trust the results and depend on them.
ThoughtSpot has partnered with Snowflake to leverage many data connections and pull them into one platform where we can perform analytics. It has been a huge success.
