ActiveCampaign has helped our small business to reach our current and potential customers through reliable, professional emails. We are able to gain insight into our customers through automation that would not otherwise be possible. Each of our customers is unique, and ActiveCampaign treats them as individuals, not just a bulk email delivery service.
  • ActiveCampaign has high delivery rates.
  • ActiveCampaign allows for high levels of customization for content, as well as contact information.
  • ActiveCampaign uses contacts activity and preferences to deliver the right information at the most appropriate time.
  • ActiveCampaign is up to date with the latest needs of its clients. SMS, landing pages, as well as design options are all available.
  • ActiveCampaign is truly limitless in its potential, but learning how to reach this potential could be improved with additional training available.
  • A little bit of building is required for all automation. I'd like to see the process simplified for at least a few automations.
  • The help window size doesn't expand, this makes reading help articles a little more difficult.
  • ActiveCampaign has allowed us to reach customers on specific days like their birthday or anniversary. This has improved our customer retention.
  • We have been able to automate the delivery of instructions and necessary information to our customers. This makes for a smooth trouble-free experience.
  • We have been able to better follow up with customers who show interest in products through visiting our website or clicking links in newsletters.
ActiveCampaign is the king of the hill when it comes to email marketing, customer management, and customer acquisition. No other software that I am aware of allows people to customize the customer experience in the way that ActiveCampaign does. No other software takes a person from cold lead, to repeat long-term customer without losing people by giving the wrong messages at the wrong time.

What sets ActiveCampaign apart from all other email platforms is its ability to lead potential buyers through automated flows. If you are just looking to deliver your monthly newsletters ActiveCampaign is likely too much power, and price for what you need. But if you want the most customizable experience for your customers and potential customers then ActiveCampaign truly stands alone as the best available platform.
