Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for HR Management and specifically to onboard new employees, track PTO hours, manage payroll, manage important notifications and documents, etc.
  • Having all employee information in one place is one of the best things about Paycor.
  • When we have new documentation, we can easily have all employees sign to confirm they read and accept the changes made with a few simple uploads and clicks.
  • It has made our employee onboarding experience much more streamlined and efficient.
  • There are sometime bugs with the system, especially around timesheet approvals.
  • Would be great to see them integrate with more platforms, like applicant tracking systems, for example.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - Prior to using Paycor we used Insperity so we had to do a lot of preparation in order to make the transition to Paycor efficient. Once we made the switch it has saved us hours of time and money in regard to overall HR management, onboarding, etc.
It's easy to navigate once you understand the fundamentals. Our employees also have an easy time navigating and our administrator does not need to do additional training with anyone once they learn the platform.
We decided that Paycor was the best option for our business because of its functionality, onboarding capabilities, and cost.
Paycor is great for small and medium-sized businesses that have grown to a point where they would like to manage payroll and HR internally. It helps make the transition easy. They have great customer support and onboarding to make the transition smooth.
