Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We have 4 separate companies that use paylocity with employees that move between companies
  • Time Tracking
  • Tax Reporting
  • The ability to track PTO for employees that move from company to company
  • The ability to edit one employee record and having the data move across all companies
  • Getting Employees paid
  • Getting the proper taxes withheld and paid to the correct agencies
  • Tracking Time Off
  • 401k
  • We have been able to track employee pay between Companies
We chose Paylocity for the promise of employees being able to transfer between companies and having their pay, timeoff, and 401k be tracked in 1 employee file. This has not happened

For a single company, Paylocity is well suited for onboarding employees, getting them paid and tracking PTO. Paylocity had many promises of being able to have multiple companies be able to share employees and track information but has fallen short in this regard
