Overall Satisfaction with Pantheon

Pantheon is being used across our whole development ecosystem with our clients and ourselves. Pantheon provides easy configuration and support for every need I've come across at this company. The support team has helped me out more than a handful of times, and I've never seen such great service before.

Pantheon is great because I can do everything and anything needed as a developer to get my clients satisfied. Drupal is the main CMS we use on Pantheon, and my experience has been pretty positive so far. I manage WordPress sites on my own, and that's easier to maintain for most uses.

Pantheon does great for a company managing many sites. As a freelancer, I feel it's too expensive to do this alone with a smaller budget. The customer support and help really make a difference, but only mid-tier companies with full staff can afford what Pantheon is able to offer. Really great, though. I would use it for everything if I could.
