Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
ActivTrak has been rolled out by myself to all of our staff workstations/laptops. It helps us to monitor their active work hours or if there is any malpractice during work hours like browsing leisure websites/youtube etc. This tool becomes very handy to assess the work from home employees. The analytical tools give us a clear glance over our resources.

- Live monitoring (screen Viewing) can be improved as it doesn't work always.
- In our scenario, we see ActivTrak as a compliance tool in our org. RoI is yet to be figured out.

It has helped us with the collection of reports. Right from productivity to idle hrs. Previously, although we had these reports generated by our CRM, the parameters that ActivTrak provides are amazing, and also the screenshots of the staff's activity.
The reports we generate from ActivTrak have tremendously improved our staff's focus to comply and adhere to 8hrs workhours policy, whether they are at the office or home. Now, they all know that they cannot be careless at work.
So far, we have not utilized and reviewed the workflows. We use reports, they majorly assess our resource utilization.
