Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
Keepit is used as one of our backup solutions for our Office 365 mails and files.
- Quick and easy to set up.
- Easy to browse files and mailboxes.
- Competitive pricing with Barracuda and Veeam.
- Would be nice to be able to backup azure server VMs in Keepit!
- Keepit is considerably cheaper than the backup offer we had from our IT partner.
We haven't had to use Keepit yet - which is good, that means there's been no data loss at our firm. We've used it once so far to compare the file structure of a folder in the backup vs the live environment. Was quick, easy, and intuitive.
As said previously, we use backup services only very rarely (i.e. only when users mess up) so the impact has been negligible so far. We expect it to be greater in the long term.
We've had previous (positive!) experience with Veeam, but Keepit was cheaper.
