Overall Satisfaction with Bullhorn ATS & CRM

We use Bullhorn ATS & CRM for all of our candidate and client contact information, appointment and interview scheduling, and the main point of communication and tracking for all internal notes. We use the Goals and Quotas feature to track KPIs and Revenue for our team. We also use it to track how long recs have been open and our average time to fill each open job. We also use it to send out a monthly NPS survey to our candidates to track how our recruiters are doing.

  • G-Suite Calendar integration (integrates with Outlook only)
  • Better searching capabilities
  • We are able to track placed candidates and time to placement
  • We are able to leverage the candidates in our database for multiple jobs

We are a perm-placement-only organization and use Bullhorn solely for a CRM system and data management. It would be great if there was an outward-facing client portal as well, where both parties could enter candidates/leave feedback. I think it is better suited for contract-placing organizations.
