Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am currently using Alchemer to collect data on a cognitive assessment I've built for another company. I'm also using Alchemer panels to collect the data.

Pros and Cons

Many different question types
Easy ways to test the survey
Priced well
Can use individual passcodes for people to take surveys

The CSR's are nice but not that helpful
There aren't great ways to upload survey questions
Downloading data can be a little clunky

Return on Investment

Positive impact on ability to collect data quickly

Usability

It's easy to use and learn; however, the CSR's aren't much help.

Support Rating

They try and figure things out with you but it mostly just ends up wasting your time.

It is well suited for creating surveys with a variety of questions and collecting data. If you need to create surveys quickly or make broad changes to the survey often, this would be a difficult platform to work with.
