I use it to market my business services. It allows me to generate and track leads as they go through my system. I send out emails to prospects to "funnel" them into the top of my system and then move them through that funnel to eventually make the purchase I want.

Using ClickFunnels
1 - As the owner of the business, I am the only person who uses ClickFunnels. I don't have a sales team nor do I have a Marketing manager or similar, it's just me. I am the one who did the initial purchase decision, and the one who maintains it to this day.
1 - Actually, I believe that you are better off hiring someone who is an expert in this. Anyone can learn to set up a funnel and they provide templates as needed. Having a funnel isn't the same as having a funnel that works, invest in working with someone with CF experience.

It was the price for the most part. Many other systems I explored were going to cost me over $500 per month, at $97 per month, ClickFunnels was almost a no-brainer. It was easy to use once I had set it up, and many people on Upwork can provide help as needed.
There is nothing I would do differently. I spent a lot of time evaluating all the different options, working with experts, comparing prices and features, etc., and determined that ClickFunnels was the best product for me at this time. I have no regrets with the decision that I previously made.

I worked with an expert named Jeremy McGilvery. He had setup dozens of funnels for other people and was also an expert in marketing, so he knew exactly what to do in order to get the funnel up and running. Very happy with his services and he provided follow-up as well.
Not sure - Not even sure what this question is asking. I have a small business with 6 other employees, the "management" is me. There were no changes that I had to make as a result of implementing ClickFunnels into my marketing plan, it is just part of what we do, but not the only thing.

No, I have never needed any support so premium support would not have been a good purchase for me. I have never needed support, so there really would not be any reason to get a support package that offers more than what I already have access to in my monthly payment.
I cannot, as I have already mentioned, I have never once found a reason to call or email the support team at ClickFunnels. This was the main reason I got CF in the first place, I wanted a set it and forget it type of funnel, and that's exactly what I have at this time.
