Overall Satisfaction with Smartsheet
Currently being used sporadically in place of MS Project. Especially useful for team members not familiar with building a project plan but need to organize and assign task to multiple team members. Our Organization is currently in the process of maturing and while we don’t have the technical skills to develop thorough plans we are moving in that direction and Smartsheet is really intuitive and helpful in that way.

- Incorporating other work plans
- Having more prompts for the user
- Maybe a I integration that picks up the type of work plan that has been developed and offers recommendations
- The free user profile is limited understandably but it sucks
- Sharing the Smartsheet in different ways i.e. posting to confluence, sending via email, sharing over instant message platforms
- It’s pretty
- It’s really intuitive to add in different layers i.e. task owners, dependencies, the critical path
- Visually appealing when I share with team members they can quickly get the information they need and it doesn’t appear complicated or convoluted
- Being able to see the project in comparison to our organizational goals is really helpful especially with multidisciplinary team
- Being able to establish repeatable processes based on an executed work plan allows us to ensure we are identifying best practices
- Being able to quickly filter resources allows us to see where were over allocated and make adjustments in staffing

Definitely a lot more intuitive and a lot less clunky and confusing. When I have to introduce Smartsheet to other team members who have experience with MS Project they are overwhelmed with how easy it is and feel a lot more engaged when developing their own workbooks
