We use the personalization product as a way to help the user funnel and display the information and degrees users are showing interest with through their browsing behavior. Web digital marketing works with other departments to gain information to create personalizations with. The user segment data is also used to help analyze interest in programs.

Implementation and training took roughly 3 months. Our web team was trained on how to create campaigns, segments and other platform information while the dev[elopment] team implemented the functionality throughout the website. Overall the onboarding process was simple, and the developers reported the tool being fairly quick and painless to implement.
