Bloomreach Engagement is being used by the CRM team. It addresses customer communications solutions and app notifications.

  • Very helpful and fast customer service
  • A great offering of marketing channels
  • It's a little complicated to test SMS
  • I guess you need a better organized documentation center

Bloomreach [Engagement] has a lot more features [than] Mailchimp does.
Because it is easy to use. It has a very nice and friendly UI.
This is one of the best things [about] using Bloomreach [Engagement]. The support team is always available to help us with our doubts. They gave us a solution very fast.

Bloomreach [Engagement]'s test scenarios are a very useful tool to know in advance how your campaign will impact your customers. I guess it's less appropriate and friendly with the condition nodes.
