Use Cases and Deployment Scope

[My organization] uses Keepit to backup all of the organization's Microsoft Office 365 tenants, including Email, Calendar, One Drive, Teams, and SharePoint. Before, it was only covered by Microsoft's recycle bin, which only gave the most basic of cover. Now, with Keepit, we have a much more comprehensive solution in place.

Pros and Cons

Extremely easy to use.
Very clear and intuitive, with the backups organized logically.
Very simple to implement in the first place.

Hard to know yet as we haven't had it very long, but it has definitely increased our peace of mind.

Data Recovery

So far we haven't actually needed to restore any data but have done several tests and each of them worked quickly and easily.

Ease of Use

It's such a simple and intuitive software to use, you barely need any training on it, and it works exactly how you'd expect it to. If you have to restore something quickly while under pressure, you're not stressed by trying to figure out how to do it first, and it's so simple.
