Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good

I am using Network for Good across our whole organization to build a new, online fundraising strategy. The current fundraising strategies that we were using were archaic and not working for us. Network for Good offered us the guidance and training we needed to get started. We are a tiny nonprofit agency with a non-fundraising board. It was important for me to choose a plan that would help us now as well as guide us into the future.
  • They keep the client on track
  • Network for Good provides gentle guidance and respects the clients time
  • They follow up with helpful ideas and notes to review
  • There are so many webinars and offerings but my schedule is so full that I can't participate. It's almost like I need a full-time person just for Network for Good
  • I am not very tech-savvy and I find I am a bit behind the learning curve. While there is a lot of help offered, I just don't have the time to take advantage of it.
  • I can't think of a third example!
  • Donor lists
  • Helpful representatives who guide us along the way
  • Training tools that are really useful
  • We are still in the "set-up" stage and have not experienced ROI yet
Fundraising is expensive. I am personally paying for Network for Good because I feel it will help my agency grow. I want to be successful and I realize that I need to be proactive and use the services Network for Good offers to be successful. I think Network for Good offers a personal aspect that I haven't seen in other programs. We're people! It helps to be able to communicate with other people and have an interactive experience.

Would you buy Bonterra Guided Fundraising again?

Yes

Network for Good is well suited for agencies that have a designated staff person who can spend a lot of time working with the program. It is also well suited for agencies that have some fundraising strategies in place. For agencies like mine with little social media and online presence, it is a little more difficult. I find that many of my donors do not provide their email addresses and keeping track of current addresses is labor-intensive.
