Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits
Zenefits is used as the HR platform for our company across the whole organization. It tracks each employee's time off, PTO, hours worked and our insurance benefits. The app is very user-friendly and easy to use especially when looking up our medical and dental insurance. It provides any additional information for those said insurance companies in one location. My favorite aspect of this app is the time clock function as it is all done remotely from the app on my phone.

I have never used a platform similar to Zenefits. I worked at Lifetime and they had developed their own platform but it wasn't user-friendly and we didn't have access to an app on our own device if you weren't a hiring manager. I prefer Zenefits because it enables you to check how many hours/ how much PTO you have taken versus asking your direct manager or the HR manager. In addition, you don't have to jump through hoops to find out your insurance benefits. It is easily displayed.
