Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headset 700 Series
[Was] tired of the corded headphones that are "standard issue" at work, [so] I upgraded to the [Cisco Headset] 700 Series. I spend hours each day video conferencing and need[ed a] consistent crisp and clear communication with mobility within my office. The headphones are comfortable, durable, easy to use, and have yet to fail me in staying connected.
- Fits snuggly but not uncomfortable over long duration of use.
- Consistent connection with my laptop.
- I am not tethered to my computer.
- Packaging could be more environmentally friendly (use less of it).
- More color options
- Charing options compatible with my other devices
- No more time plugging in
- No worries about accidently hitting the mute button on the cord of previous headset
- I actually use my headset for all meetings whereas I removed my previous headset after a few meetings and went with [an] inferior built-in mic and speakers in my laptop.
It's a pick-up and go headset. Too easy not to use all the time.
Technology is less of a distraction to actually communicating.
I have benefited. Now lobbying to make this our "standard" issue headset in the department.
Clarity of sound combines with comfort in the ear cups.

Hybrid is an evolving "solution". Hybrid is not a reactionary response at this point, it's an intention experiment in connection, personal effectiveness and impact. Having good gear makes the remote experience friction-free and comfortable.
Having an honest conversation about the purpose of hybrid work can be seen as a "challenge" as the opening of the conversation can trigger strong beliefs and, at times, emotion. The conversation is important to ensure commitment and impact within the team as well as to those served by any team. The conversation is not a one-off and that is what may seem like a challenge
Cisco gear helps ensure clarity of communication and personal comfort with the Series 700 headphones.
It's been way more seamless of a transition than we would have thought. Our consideration of our time is way more intentional.
Cisco just works. Reliability is key. Good design brings ease and focus on communication, not the means of communication.
