Overall Satisfaction with Shopify
We use Shopify for all of our clients eCommerce sites. We no longer have to manually batch charge credit cards for each of our clients (over 70), Shopify allows the card to charge upon importing into our shipping database.

- categorizing sales / discounts
- fraud detection is excellent
- inventory management doesn't allow us to oversell
- easy integration with order management/shipping management tools
Shopify is easy to navigate and export shipping data to other shipping management tools. We have multiple clients (70+) using Shopify and rarely have issues. With others, we seem to have trouble daily with export to our shipping management tools. In addition to export issues, we often don't have as secured fraud detection with other commerce tools.
