Overall Satisfaction with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)

Google Workspace is being used across my whole organization. It addresses a myriad of business problems, such as being able to collaborate on documents, solving our email provider issue, and allowing us to communicate easily with one another through GChat/Hangouts. I have enjoyed using each piece of Google Workspace. I primarily use Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail, and Hangouts in my day-to-day.

Google Workspace is a formidable opponent to Microsoft 365. It provides all of the solutions that 365 does, but does it with more finesse. I find it easier to navigate Google Workspace than I do 365, especially when comparing Google Drive to Microsoft OneDrive. Google Drive is completely cloud-based so I know when I access a document or spreadsheet in Drive, it is the most updated version, and I can look back and reference changes made to the version I'm viewing. OneDrive stores documents on your computer as well as in the cloud, so it can make it troublesome locating things you need quickly.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Google Workspace is well suited for businesses looking to expand their potential for communication and collaboration on documents. It is also well suited for companies that need a cloud-based solution for a document repository. It is less appropriate if the business does not need collaboration on documents or other user-created creations.
