It is being used across the whole organization. It is helping us determine the best offerings we can present our clients as far as services go, judging by what they want, what they are targeting and how they are going about advertising and promoting their products and services. It helps save us time and sanity.

It is an amazing market research software tool that's helping us improve experiences for both the client and their customers. We get to see information in real-time and it allows us to help the client make decisions on various areas of their social media presence based off of the data we gather using the program. The listening tool is extremely helpful with this.
