Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)

It's convenient to use anywhere with browser. We can share the documents easily with common format.
  • We use Visio to draw diagrams
  • Web interface
  • Share across on the cloud
  • Visio diagram is not easy to export to word or PowerPoint
  • Visio does not support Mac OS
  • The auto save should turn on as default
  • Support OneDrive
  • OneNote is very convenient to write notes
  • Visio diagrams
  • Positive impact because we use most Microsoft technology which include Teams
  • It's useful tools
  • We can share some document with client easily

Microsoft 365 is good for all my desktop or laptop at home. I can login my account and edit without needing to copy to locally. With OneDrive which will sync to everywhere and I don't need to worry about losing the document. I used Visio a lot just hope that it will be available at Mac laptop because I used Mac OS most of the time
