Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have been using TeamViewer for a long time. Helps well to connect fast with low bandwidth. Audio/Video quality are amazing. Screen sharing is quite fast and hassle-free. Thumbs up.

Screen sharing/remote desktop.
Audio quality.
Video quality.
Instant chat.

User Verification - Much of the cyber activity as done by using this app to connect other systems (free version). There should be a mechanism to prevent this kind of activity or some kind of user verification.

Alternatives Considered

Skype for Business (formerly Lync), now part of Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting and Cisco Webex Board Series

Team Viewer stands tall with their support system and reasonable price they offers.

TeamViewer graphical interface is quite impressive, easy to handle and user-friendly application.

Security

Experienced with single sign-on mythology. Never been used to 2F authentication.

GoToMeeting, Nlyte Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), Microsoft Teams

Best for instant message, screen sharing, conference calls. It is a fabulous application for the corporate field. It is secured, fast connectivity and consumes less bandwidth. Happy with their services. Great product!
