Ariba is our corporate application to manage PRs and POs across the whole organization. We also use SLP, contracts and sourcing for a few departments or specific purchases. It provides us with a complete vision of the purchase cycle of each need of the organization. From the request to the posting of the invoice. Control and analysis of suppliers.

It helps to generate a standard for some types of purchases and greatly streamlines the billing process. It's not fully recommended when many configuration modifications are needed to adapt your structure and the way you shop.
