Our clients use QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. To centralize their bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and accounts payable tracking, payroll, sales tax tracking, and invoicing.

By centralizing the accounting cycle QuickBooks Enterprise allows bookkeepers and comptrollers to have the latest information at their fingertips.
The installation of the QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise software on each workstation is relatively easy. However the location of the data and the network connectivity portion of the should be handled by someone tech savvy or an IT professional. The software is very easy to use. Current users of QuickBooks Pro or Premier will find it's the same interface for both programs.
The notes that can be attached to invoices allow users to communicate better with each other.
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is a program with the same basic functions as QuickBooks Desktop Premier. The benefits of QuickBooks Enterprise is it has more reports, the ability to have more users logged in at the same time, and runs much smoother on a network.
