Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com was implemented in the company almost a year ago, and I don't know how we were able to make it without this amazing tool before that. We use it across the entire company, from our workforce in the front line to managers and executives, to help ourselves and our clients to keep a clean, organized, transparent, and easy to access record of tasks and projects. monday.com is an incredible platform that allows a wide range of tracking methods based on your personal and organization's needs. It's incredibly versatile and is my preferred accountability partner now to help me make sure things from my day-to-day are getting done.
  • Record tracking, by keeping a log of things, I and others, do on a daily basis
  • Visibility of tasks' progress; It allows me and others to see the progress made and the stage where I am at of a particular project or task
  • Versatility; It allows me to record information using my own mind map and perspective
  • Accountability; It helps me be efficient and meet dead lines
  • Permission level. Sometimes it's a bit saddening not to be able to use all features available due to a lack of permissions
  • I'd like to have a live support chat
  • monday.com has made task assignment easy and effective.
  • monday.com has provided an interactive platform for all groups of employees where it's easy to share and collaborate.
monday.com's interface is user-friendly and easy to use. Although I particularly don't use some of the features, like templates, it does allow me to create my own workflow and pipeline where I can move my projects forward and report easily. I also like how it made this task easier for me to better understand my employees' projects and tasks and help them whenever they face a roadblock. Integrations like email and time tracking are definitely a plus for this app which I love.
In almost one year of using monday.com, I have only been in need to contact customer support once. A couple of pointers here:
1) I am a regular app user, and it was a bit difficult for me to navigate through the options to finally find the way to contact the support team.
2) It did not seem like there was an easy way to contact support. You really have to do some digging in order to finally be able to get to contact them.
3) The response to my query was a bit generic, and it felt templated. I did not find it particularly useful.
I think the monday.com developers team has done such a great job allowing and implementing a wide variety of integrations to this app. It was a pleasant surprise to find out I was able to integrate my time tracking tool with my monday.com app to know exactly where I am spending most of my work time and how I can be more efficient.

I'd definitely recommend monday.com to a colleague or friend. monday.com has helped me greatly because it adapts to my needs. I regularly find myself with more tasks on a regular day than what I'm actually able to do, and before monday.com, things used to pile up and get buried. Now, I have an easy-to-use method that allows me to stay on top of everything.
