Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We are currently using monday.com for multiple business needs across the whole organization. Primarily it is being used for product development and sprint planning related to the build-out of our mobile app and website products. We also use monday.com as a CRM to support our sales team in order to track leads, communication history, etc. Using monday.com helps us centralize all of our core business operations, so everyone has visibility into priorities and progress.
  • Provides a comprehensive and helpful range of detailed and ready to use templates.
  • Delivering a tool that is highly customizable allows you to tailor everything to your specific needs.
  • Making product updates and enhancements and providing ongoing learning opportunities on how best to use their platform.
  • Based on my use cases and the variety of features we are using, I have yet to find something that has been problematic, frustrating, or that monday.com has not already addressed. The capabilities and functionality are, in many cases, way beyond what we need right now, but that's not a bad thing!
  • monday.com has delivered measurable time saving on product development projects, ensuring weekly sprints are set and completed on time.
  • monday.com has delivered on team accountability by creating a transparent workspace that requires everyone to complete tasks and provide feedback.
  • monday.com has improved our client retention and relationships through tracking and accountability of following up on requests, bugs, and specific deadlines.
monday.com is a 10 on the intuitive and user-friendly scale without question. For a new user, the platform delivers so many pre-set templates that you start using immediately. You may never have to develop or customize any of the templates, but if you need to, it is incredibly easy to do. monday.com provides tons of learning and tutorial resources, webinars, etc., that you can tap as a new or advanced user, helping you get as much out of the platform as possible. You can make monday.com as simple or complex as you need to. I start and end my workday in our monday.com boards and would be lost without this platform helping us stay organized and focused.
My need to engage with monday.com's customer service team has been very minimal. When I have submitted questions, the team has been extremely responsive and provided direct answers or pointed me towards specific resources that would help solve my problem or show me how to do something. monday.com provides great resources and learning tools, so you never feel like you're lost without a way to figure something out.
We started using monday.com 2 years ago, and I have yet to experience the platform going down or being unavailable, either through the browser or mobile app versions. The uptime and reliability of monday.com has been excellent.

I am charged with overseeing product development, marketing, and sales initiatives. I needed a Swiss Army knife to help keep everything organized and to help us prioritize and ensure a clear focus on the right things. monday.com is the Swiss Army knife of productivity platforms. It can be whatever you need it to be. And if you're not sure, just browse through the templates, and you can see instantly visually a more organized and productive way of doing a broad range of things critical for your business. We use it every day and would be lost without the level of organization it brings to our company. Specifically, we do sprint planning in monday.com for product development and to track product bugs and client requests. We use it for sales to help track leads and build/track relationships. For marketing, we are building out tracking for things like social media initiatives and DMA boards. Even simple features like building documents for notes and records are proving to be very valuable across the board. I think monday.com is particularly appropriate for small to medium size companies that need a central productivity tool that can support a huge range of business needs.
