Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series

The entire office uses 8x8 for our phone system. It's helped us during our remote work because the auto attendant was used to sub for a person actually being at the office to answer the phones.

This [8x8 X Series] helped tremendously when we were working remotely. We were able to set the system up to route and forward calls to the right people without having to physically staff our front desk.
