Overall Satisfaction with Acquia Digital Experience Platform

We use the Acquia Digital Experience Platform across our whole global organization. It enables and supports our multi-site set up allowing us to share a codebase and resources. This streamlines [the] governance and product management of our digital platform. Since moving onto Acquia, we've reduced the number of different websites and systems in use.

It took 6 months to launch our website as part of a CMS and hosting provider migration. We had [a] technical account manager support that advised and supported us from technical POV although the project didn't run that smoothly and there were delays. Since then, launching additional websites has been reasonably straightforward and can be done in-house.
The platform is scalable and has that front of mind. We've benefited from the ease of creating and launching new websites.
Acquia [Digital Experience] has a similar price tag but allows for more flexibility. Account management is more personable and support is 24/7, which we didn't have before.
