We are a marine dealership that uses the system for all
departments. We are able to utilize both
the desktop phones and Bhive app which allows our employees to be available to
take calls any place they might be when a call comes in. It has definitely been a beneficial in
allowing us to meet our customers needs.

3 - We have 3 power users who manage the functions within Broadvoice, utilizing the dashboard to manage calls, voicemails and outgoing messages.

Yes - Windstream phone system. It was a nightmare to receive timely support when the phones would go down.

As in all businesses cost is always a factor, but the ability to keep our business up and running consistently was the major decision to change. We utilize the Bhive App daily and feel it helps to extend our ability to serve our customers in and outside of normal business hours.
I believe we were fairly through in our research and even contacted users before making our decision. The feed back received and knowing our IT Management Group were also users help to sell us on the product.
