Microsoft Office 365 (Cloud)

Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)

Microsoft 365 is our company’s essential communications, collaboration, and sharing platform. Currently, our whole organization operates Microsoft 365, formerly known as Office 365. Nothing is challenging to figure out or use in this application. For example, we have Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive installed across the entire company. We allow our users to access their 365 accounts from anywhere and download programs to their computers as needed. It also has more features than we require. Our team works with Microsoft 365 suite products for basic word processing, data reporting, and individual project tracking. Time management, search, and progress monitoring are all made easier with this tool. In terms of email, Microsoft Outlook is the best, and SharePoint is a great collaboration tool. Microsoft 365 has provided us with real-world solutions and enabled us to use cloud-based applications. Except for industry-specific programs, it handles most of our daily program needs.
  • It is a cloud-based platform that does not require installation and is widely recognized. Users can log in via a browser or through a native application.
  • Usability and convenience with Microsoft 365 provide a great cloud solution that makes it accessible to access our content on any device.
  • It is easy to create documents for team meetings using Microsoft 365 because it integrates with all other Microsoft solutions I use.
  • An ever-expanding spreadsheet program, Excel has become more than just a way to organize and analyze data.
  • Presentations quickly turned into videos or shareable documents using PowerPoint’s built-in accessibility reviewer and tips.
  • It isn't easy to read white on white menus. I'd like to have more contrast, but I'm having trouble saving.
  • There is a limited ability to ask questions in Microsoft Forms, and the help sections are frequently tricky to locate.
  • It's not fun to use; there are a lot of glitches. It's not something that interests me.
  • Not all features are available in the web version. But still it is a good thing.
  • In the workplace, there is a lot of communication and support between employees.
  • OneNote makes it easy to take notes and stay in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Sharing of files across platforms is easier with the availability of cloud storage.
  • A positive impact is made because we use many Microsoft technology such as Teams and sensitive data management.
  • An improved ability to communicate with other businesses as well as with customers is a significant benefit.
Microsoft 365 is far superior to Google Sheets in terms of functionality and ease of use. Google Workspace facilitates document sharing. [Microsoft] 365, on the other hand, is more powerful in terms of the functions it supports, such as Excel and Power BI. Though Microsoft 365 falls short of my expectations in terms of software. But it is an ideal solution due to its well-known office suite and excellent Windows OS integration.

Do you think Microsoft 365 delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Microsoft 365's feature set?

Yes

Did Microsoft 365 live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Microsoft 365 go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Microsoft 365 again?

Yes

Microsoft 365 enabled seamless collaboration between colleagues and teams during the pandemic. Valid everyday-use documents, emails, charts, and data are well-done by this application. It is a cloud-based version of all Office applications and is excellent for essential documents, emails, graphs, data, chats, and communications. If you don't have a lot of money, it may not be the best option. It also lacks the capability of in-depth creation. There is a price to pay, but the long-term benefits are worth it.
