With the pandemic, this will give us a good baseline to measure against when return to work ramps up[.]
Currently very difficult to determine if the work monitored is in office or remote due to the way data is captured and employees accessing systems - VPN vs. Citrix etc.
Not being used [organization-wide], only in one department. Too soon to determine[.]
