Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
We use ActivTrak to track users' activities both on-premise and remote. Our Management staff has access to each user's activities on a given day so to ensure that production is maintained especially for work from home users. Also, ActivTrak uses to track user's software activity and internet activities.

ActivTrak allowed us to see detailed times and access to software packages such as accounting software, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Once users knew they were being tracked cyberloafing decreased drastically. Also work from home users were able to justify working from home by proving that they were productive.
ActivTrak has allowed us to realize what employee was working and who was not. Workloads then could be distributed to increase productivity. We do not use the burnout feature of the software. We use this more to ensure users are doing what they say they are doing on daily basis.
We were using Currentware and Webspy from Vantage. Neither product could track daily usage in a detailed way ActivTrak can. Also, web spy could only track in-house users whereas ActivTrak can track work from home users. Using Active Trak we were about to combine the features of both software packages into one.
