Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Experience Manager

We use this program to have an overview of a website. This tool really helps the team take control of all the contents of a website such as marketing, promotion, etc. It gives us an opportunity to check these conditions as if we were the users before publishing. As a UX designer, this tool is very useful because of the amount of control we have over the documents and the visibility.

  • There is a cost savings in many aspects because of this.
This tool is very easy to learn. The layout of the program is nicely arranged having the menus and functions all on the right makes us aware that’s where we need to go. The management of folders and files is structured meticulously. The icons for some features help new users to understand the function. I would give a high learnability factor for AEM.

AEM is the only customer experience manager I have used.

When coming up with new projects, AEM is a helpful tool to prototype the layout of a website. Even though it is not meant for this purpose, the easy plugins for the layout make it a surprisingly good prototyping tool. AEM also makes it very seamless for us to see the different layouts such as web view for mobile. One major feature for us is the cloud function. Working with adobe cloud allows groups to work more efficiently and to share data quicker than without.
