Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Oracle as a supplier to support our customer Denso with receiving and processing their purchase orders.

Pros and Cons

Order tracking.
Order processing by the supplier.
Sending order updates & confirmation to the customer.

Needs more flexible communication between supplier and customer seems to be quite a delay to send messages and communications back and forth when confirming orders.

Return on Investment

I am not directly involved with all aspects of the Oracle Sales platform usage.

From the aspect that I have utilized the Oracle platform, it is not as user-friendly and does not have as much functionality as other platforms we've used.

Again, we do not utilize the sales platform end of things, just the customer-supplier aspect.
