Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase
As a developing team we use Quickbase as an Agility platform which allows us to organize and plan future development and share thoughts for every sprint we get involved in, also it is a good app for real-time insights and automation and that makes development a lot easier for us.

Actually, the team has changed to other deployment and managing applications, Quickbase was useful at first but it becomes hard to use whenever we need a custom report and that gets us back to other applications and the search of new ones, but in general, a large organization can manage their development with this, if they are patient enough.

If we talked about the agile feature Jira is a better well-suited application for managing and that is one of the main reasons Quickbase is not the selected one for us, also we preferred to use two or more apps to handle everything in their specialized application whether to seek for one that can make it all at once.

The use of Quickbase in our app was brief, we didn't get used to the app and it becomes an issue for the development team as well as the agile and PO sides which make us make the decision to change for another one.
In my experience, Quickbase is not an intuitive application which makes it difficult to use sometimes, if you get an approach at first sight and for simple managing task the app responds really well but once you dive into some feature for customization Quickbase becomes a hard tool to use.
We did not get the chance to do full maintenance on our application so I cannot give any feedback on how it went properly.
