Overall Satisfaction with WebEngage
Helpful in marketing automation which in turn helps in improving engagement & retention. The platform is good [where] the capability part is concerned but the support & customer-facing team does not add any value [in my opinion]. [In my experience] dealing with support is a very big challenge for startups as it wastes a good time of resources.

- WA integration is good
- Dashboard is pretty easy to use
- Support & timeline
- More feature roll out based on different use cases from clients
- Our time in follow-up with team has gone up
- No new feature is updated after many feedbacks
